It's been a very long while,
since I saw you last.
Now that you're here,
why leave it in our past?
Sitting and dreaming,
of nothing but your touch.
Could I have really missed you...
That much?
You held me in the evening,
until the early morning dew.
Reminds me of the love,
I have always had for you.
You can cover me in kisses,
as often as you please.
When you're around... I feel my heart
drop down to my knees.
Saying you love me,
and it's me you'd like to keep.
Is like the smell of roses,
as I'm drifting off to sleep.
