According to the sticky about 14G posts and chain letters in the Chatterbox, they're now officially illegal on Gaia. As posted on there yesterday at 4:59 P.M.:

On the same fashion, Question Threads/Posts will not be allowed anymore. They are disruptive as the 14g posts and also violate the TOS section that states that one cannot collect other user's personal information. There's also a risk of finding out you secret questions, the ones that will help you log in to Gaia.
And the best part is, if I see them, your little thread gets sent to the Moderation Gas Chamber. I've already sent ten down so far, and I will continue to keep reporting these until these things show up as often as the 14G posts now. Which is rarely, I might add.
