I tried for it not to happen, to subside away
But for some apparent reason it would only stay
Tried to prevent it, to stop it in it's tracks
Yet now I realize that there was no turning back.
It happened when it wasn't noticed
Where it could not be stopped at all
I kept thinking it could be prevented
But it must have been my call.
I never meant for it to start
But there is darkness in my heart.

Science does not undermine the existence of God, but rather reinforces it.
