Chapter 1

Luras POV: I woke up and quickly changed and got into the shower. I lived on my own and ever since I turned three I have been living by myself. My mother and father died because a demon had killed them. I have hated All demons since then.
After i got dressed i grabbed my backpack and quickly ran to school to meet my best friend Zeno. Ever since I was five we have been best friends. I always defend him and try helping him when ever I can.
I got to the spot where we met everyday but as usual he was late. I waited for about 20 minutes when he finally ran up to me.
"Morning Zeno," I said smiling

Zenos POV: I know I was late meeting Lura again but shes always so early!
"Morning Lura. Im sorry Im late again but my alarm clock didnt buzz," I said out of breath.
All she did was smile. Dang she was so cute but i was so scared to tell her how i felt about her. She held her hand up to me and I knew i forgot something."Did you study for our Science test?"Shes alwas reminding me about test
"Opps. No I kindof forgot. Can you help me please,"I begged
"Sure. Mr. Apok is letting us use our books anyways."
We both were almost in school when Sina came up to us. She hated Lura just because we always hanged around eachother.
"Morning Zeno. Oh, hi Lura," she said giving Lura the death look.
"Hey Sina I cant talk because I have to go," I said pulling Lura with me into our school.
