HURRAY!!! I went swimming today and let me tell you, it's been a while since I last got into a pool. I was afraid that I had forgotten but my body didn't let me down. It was a BLAST. I swam with my sister the whole time and swam laps around the pool. While we were there, we met a boy who was training to be a Lifeguard. He had to complete a series of tests that are strenuous on the body and mind but nothing too hard for those who really want it. Gloria already completed hers and she said that it was hard even for her. Anyway, another boy came to do laps and he was from Mundy's Mill. His stroke was the most difficult of all, the Breast stroke. It was sooo much fun. As we dried off and left the building I told Gloria that we had better not stare at anyone because our eyes were blood red because of the chlorine. The only thing bad about it was that my ankle hurt the whole time that I was swimming but its only a dull ache now. I have to keep working out the muscle if I'm ever going to get it back the way it was. I LOVE THE WATER!!! blaugh
