Weaknesses: Very weak in wind-based jutsu, doesn't think of details when planning, forgets to take care of himself (i.e, eating, sleeping, etc.), suffers from Familial dysautonomia, and aim
Talents and Skills: Chakra (molding, control, etc.), negotiating, thinking quickly, learning quickly, very quick with seals (hand-signs), and controlling his feelings (not letting his emotions get in the way of missions)

Seishin Inju
Seishin Inju is nothing more or less of channeling chakra through ribbons to use as something like extra arms and whatnot. If he uses only three ribbons, he can be likely to drag an enemy closer, or block a large projectile coming at him. But, more often, his uses twenty ribbons or so to block kunai and distract enemies.

Personality: Rather strange; not social, quiet, yet rather frightening when he wishes to be, charming (if he acts just right), rather laid back, and mostly, forgetful.
He's very nit-picky about food, and since he isn't bothered by hunger (due to lack of pain), he often forgets to eat. He's also very strange about rooms; he hates bugs, and prefers sleeping inside to sleeping outside.
He's often what people refer to as a sociopath: he never repeats himself, mumbles constantly, and pretend not to hear people if they say something about or to him. Akene rarely uses his own name for his own paranoid reasons, and doesn't talk to someone unless he likes them.
Likes: Akene has always liked sushi and fine-foods, but, unfortunately, is often turned down to a meal due to his strange ways. He enjoys simple, traditional Japanese music, and likes meditating as well. He considers himself Buddhist and prays atleast once a month, despite the fact that he's not religious.
Akene, despite the village's harsh feelings towards him, like his village. Not so much the people, but the setting: a hidden village, obscured from one's view by a waterfall.

He enjoys history and learning about demons. He's always reading old tales of samurai, ninja, beasts, every scroll with an account of fantasy.
Dislikes: Akene hates, HATES people with horrible taste. This goes for language, as well. He hardly ever curses, and loathes it when other people do.
Akene is rather resentful towards his fellow villagers; the children fear him, the adults loath him, and the government treats him as a weapon. While, unfortunately, he feels guilt when he thinks about hating the children, he can feel full hate for the parents who shunned him when they were growing up. The only person he has any respect for in Takigakure is his kage, who helped raise him.
He, oddly enough, despises the color green. He describes it as 'unorganized', one of his least favorite traits that a human can possess.
Akene also dislikes blunt objects. Kunai, knives, etc.
Appearance: Akene was born with a head of silver, messy hair. His mother, an outlaw soon to be executed, was born to a criminal family who terrorized Takigakure. His father was probably a ninja, but it is unknown; he was a traveler delivering a scroll to Takigakure. A one-night-stand to Akene's mother.
He stands at a full six feet, but often hunching lazily and making him only 5' 11".
His skin is surprisingly pale for that of a ninja's, blemished by the occaisional scar he earned in his earlier years as a ninja. He has one black tattoo surrounding his left eye and then leading a straight line down his cheek and collarbone.
His eyes are a dark crimson, with thick eyelashes to boot. His face is rather feminine, aside from his rather helter-skelter head of silver-ish hair.
Costume: He tends to wear a red ribbon over his left eye for some reason, with only the left eye (his tattooed one) in view. The ribbon ties in the back of his head with shocking contrast to his hair.
Akene usually wears a large, white trench-coat with black clasps in the front. A thin line of dark red lines the bottom of his coat and the sleeves, with cover hands with black nail polish. He wears a ring given to him by his godfather, the kage of Takigakure.
His pants are simple, black shinobi pants that reach his ankles.
Out of habit, Akene wraps cloth around his feet to his knees, claiming it makes him more comfortable.
His shoes are simple shinobi-designed black sandals.
Finally, Akene has one silver earring in his right ear, in the cartilage just bellow the ribbon hiding his right eye.
Background: Akene, as said before, was born of a criminal mother and a weak shinobi father. This was all Akene could find on his lineage, other than the fact that his mother came from a criminal family, and that they were allied with the Akatsuki before they betrayed them and got killed. He knows there are living relatives out there, but Akene has decided not to find them. He has gotten along fine without his biological family.
He was raised by nannies and tutors hired by the kage of Takigakure, who was often far too busy to raise Akene. But when he was with Akene, he took him out to eat. They simply ate and talked, laughing from time-to-time.
The family on his mother's side had often terrorized Takigakure for products manufactured there. The grandparents who lived through the Hell on Earth the Kaoru family put them through hated that family, and as such, hated Akene. The children Akene grew up with caught on, and their children caught on as well, only learning this time to fear him.
Akene was taught to be a ninja from age eight on, and the shinobi teachers that taught him were often out of work only seven months later. Akene just learned too fast. After awhile, people began to fear him for his natural talent at fighting, and rumors spread like wildfire; 'I hear a demon is sealed within him!' 'He's the devil. I know it.' 'I think he killed his own mother right after he was born!'
Akene finally became a full fledged ninja after five years. The moment he could move away and live on his own, he moved to Iwa and continued training there. He picked up missions every now and then for extra money.
When he was summoned back to Taki, he was reluctant. But after much thinking, he went. He then discovered he could be part of the Kouken and stop Orochimaru, who he had heard of before. He was instantly disgusted by such a man and learned about him over the years. Akene took the job immediately.
