First time out with the performance rod in Bass'ken Lake - I can't tell much difference with this rod yet, except maybe that less fish got away. Maybe I'll get used to it after a few tries.
I had 5 fish get away and I caught:
13 guppies
2 tires
1 brown bass
1 can
1 boot
