Endless nights have passed as the days seemed to grow long and hard. Until finally the day had come to travel a long distance to see others that barely were known about. Traveling and seeing the world and things that have not been seen until by one's self. Unsure and frightened the one traveled to seek his friends. To want to see them laugh and smile and remember the past memories that dawned on him. Smiling at this even as the miles and distance between the memories and the reality of coming to see them again. Drew closer and closer. Resting here and there waiting and awaking with excitement he could not help it. The day faded and the night began to settle in. The sun slowly fading away into the blackness.

What exactly happened. And why would "The thing" in my terms do that to you. Thats bull s**t. Though I guess I have no right to comment on the whole situation being an ex and all and..a bad one at that.
