Starting today I will write one book review in my journal of a book that I have read over the summer. Today's Book Review is: Twilight By Stephenie Meyer.

Basically, this is a book about a normal female human, and a male vampire who fall head over heels in love with each other. The girl character, Isabella Swan from Pheonix, Arizona has moved to Forks, Washington. It is constantly raining there, but Bella(as she is called) needed to escape from her mother and her mother's fiancee. So, she goes to live with her father, who is a police captain. On her first day in this new school, she meets Edward Cullen, and she becomes rather obsessed with him. In their first class together, Edward seems very rude, and pretty cold. Then he mysteriously disappears for about a week, only to return being very kind to Bella. This strikes Bella as odd, making her even more obsessed with him. Eventually the two fall in love, and Bella learns that Edward is hungry or rather, thirsty for her blood. But they wont let that get in their way. About 3/4 of the way through the book they run into other vampires and it's a rush for Bella's life. If you love action, vampires, romance, or just a great book I'd say Twilight is definately the book for you!
