Practice Practice was awesome -- we did 500 warm up then 400 pull, 300 kick, 200 swim, 3x and then we did 3 75s -- easy, no breath, sprint. After that we did a couple of dives -- I kicked butt on Katie and Kelly and even Steven eek . And I finished 100 ahead of Erick and Justin and about 150 to 200 ahead of the sisters. Well that's about all I have to say. bye heart heart heart
