Want To Flush? WTF? lol 2 dude, I swam really good in practice today. We did 6 sprints, 2 free, 2 back, 2 fly -- I did a 26 & 25 for free -- a 27 & 26 for fly -- and a 27 & 27 for my back. I can't wait for this weekend!
