I can't take it Some of you know me as Uzumaki Noriko, the Fox Ninja of Flowers of Japan. Some of you know me as Uzumaki Noriko, captain of the guild "Hidden Villages of Ninjutsu" and Tenshikage of Soragakure in said guild. Well... I'm sick of that 'guild' with it's members who do nothing but whine about everything and can't solve a thing on their own. I'm actually ready to puke up my guts at what these people say to me when I do something they don't like. Yet if I do what they want me to, then I get yelled at by others in the guild. Honestly, I set guidelines and rules for something as simple as setting a "Clan Head" and I get everyone else in that clan yelling at me because I wasn't fair about it. Like st people, I set rules for it. I told the person who ran it to deal with it on their own and that the person had to post within 24 hours if they wanted to be in the poll for the damn thing. When no one with the specifications I requested posted in the time allowed, I declaired the winner. And guess what? people who haven't been on or listening to a single thing in the guild, decided to come one and rip on me like it's all my fault. WTF dudes? I gave guidelines you had to follow and you didn't pay attention to them. You posted too late to be involved so I'm sorry, you don't get a chance at something you seem so adimint in being when you've already clearly shown you don't have the time to be the thing you want to be. I've already told the guild, just a few minutes before posting this Journal, that I'm sick and tired of all the st they have been sending me. That if I get anything else like that in my direction, then I'm quiting the guild and giving it to someone who thinks they can deal with this or back to the orriginal owner who I only took over the guild from because THEY couldn't stand the same st, but they would probably be able to take the job of giving the guild to someone without being yelled at by 50 ****** about something as pathetic as a title. -Uzumaki Noriko- "If I had the tears to spare, I would cry over the grave you dug yourself into. 	Wow I can understand the fustration of what owning an rp can do to one especially when all your doing is really catching bullshit from others. But that is why you have the power to ban those from the guild if I remember correctlly and if not just report them to a mod. I also think that those who don't think it's fair and they should be clan leaders instead of the person currently in charge why don't we have a competiton for those who think they should be clan leaders and Kage's against the current ones. And if they lose after that and still complain POW there kicked out of the guild. But I don't think leaving is the answer because for some this is the best Naruto based RP/Guild they've seen in a while. -The Newest Member of the Guild-The_True_Warrior knowing that fighting isn't always the actual answer but still feels good anyway.
