Sat - I swam the 2 back, the 50 free and 4 free in prelims. I added a little in my back - added a little in my 50 free - and dropped to 2 secounds in the 4 free. I swam the 2 back in finals and I dropped 2 secounds there.
Sun - I swam the 100 free and I dropped .3 secounds and then I swam it in finals and add like .08 secounds.
