Kagome paused, looking down at her mother’s piano book. Turning the page quickly, barely stopping, she continued.

Kagome heard the shower water stop and the someone clapping for her. Sota couldn't have got out that fast, unless he ran and was still drippign wet. Not likely, besides, even if he had, he wouldn't have heard her singing.

She turned to the doorway, seeing Inuyasha leaning on the door frame. Without saying anything, she walked past him, no eye contact involved.

"What the hell was that?" Sota asked, coming up behind Inuyasha after Kagome went into the guest room.

"Huh? Oh, your sister was singing and playing the piano, she's pretty good.

"She should be, she been taking lesons since she met you," he mumbled, walking back into the bathroom to get dressed. (he was in his towel.)
