Dad,

I will miss you with all of my heart when you leave. You mean the world to me. If only you could find a way to stay here, that would be the greatest thing to happen to me. I know this is hard for you because times are rough for you, as they are for us all. Please remember this though; even when you leave us you will still be in our hearts forever. Be strong and keep your head high because there will be a better day. It kills me to see the one thing I love the most leave me. But I can’t change that. And eventually I know I’ll leave you after high school, but I wasn’t expecting you to leave me before then. I guess it was fate because only fate can be this cruel to me. I will miss you with all the love in the world.
