I feel like a complete geek. I am LOVING my new avatar. It looks pretty close to how it's been for a while, but the Angelbow, Plasma Gear, and Syaoran's Goggles just makes it look so... AWESOME!

Now, I plan to start questing for two items to make the other side not look so bare. Falcon Spirit (the glove will do for my free hand, methinks) and Summoning Tome (a little owl on my shoulder wouldn't be too bad). As of this writing, I am up to 4,250g.

The Falcon Spirit will be mine. Oh yes... it will be mine.

Now, for some recent news - I should've posted about it earlier, but I LOVE the things they're showing us about the MMO. It's just squee-rific. Ring System = No Avatar Changes = Lightsaber of DOOOOM!

Or, if I get the Flame Sword, I can do a one-two of slashing and some fiery attack. Haha.

As for the 2% tax everybody's bitching about - I've said this in the many forums I've seen in GCD, but get the ******** over it already. Come on, people, I've seen more shocking things on here. Like Ian saying "What the sh--?" a lot in the manga. Though um... that's more of a freakin' hilarious thing than an "OMG REBEL!" thing.

Seriously, the "No Taxation Without Representation" does not apply to us as it did with the American Revolution. From what I hear, people were bitching about inflation for a while. So, they came up with a solution. Now GET OVER IT, okay? I want to ENJOY my time here, away from the drama that is real life.

In closing, I'd just like to say to the Gaia admins: Keep up the good work. Despite what everybody else seems to think, I'm having fun here, and I can't freakin' wait for the battles. whee
