This was supposed to be the best day in someone's life. Especially when your graduating from the Shinigami Academy. For Miwa, it was nothing but a day of heartbreak. Who knew that day would be so tragic? The Sensei was up in front, calling the names of the graduating students. Miwa, Rio and Kaiki were called. The three walked up, and Miwa was careless. She didn't sense the Huge Hollow. Nobody did but Rio. Rio sensed it and used her own body to shield Miwa. She died instantly, and Kaiki took over defending her. Kaiki's skills proved enough to defeat the Hollow, but at the expense of her life. Nobody blamed Miwa, at least not out loud.
