Ok, I love science, especially when they give us magnifying glasses, send us into the sun, and expect us not to light anything on fire. Ok so my teacher sends us outside and we were supposed to be looking at moss, lichen, and so fungus juck that no one knows really what it was or really cares. Anyway i couldn't see so i take some moss of the tree and set in on the sidewalk, I'm lookin' at this moss when(I innosent this time) its starts to smoke. So I take this magnifying glass away. i get this happy thought in my head, if it will smoke, can i get a flame. so i get a really nice flame off this moss and i'm staring at it wondering how to make it bigger when i hear, "(my last name) quit lighting things on fire and get in the shade so your not tempted to." so i laugh and get in the shade. then it came time to look at rings of mushrooms, how exciting. he turns us lose to look around at the mushrooms(toadstools), when i look up to see the boys playing burn tag. In the end, the boys ended up with not to serouse of burns, but a lot none the less, and someones clothes had to be snuffed out after they about caught fire. Like i said, I love science class! did i mentchon we get joke fridays?
