a lil help please... i took a look at my life and the way i've done some of the things i've done and i think i'm kinda turning out to be like my dad. anyone who knows my dad and what he put me through then they would know that this isn't good. so pray for me please because i don't want to be like my dad, i hate him and the more like him i am the more i hate myself.

You are not like your Dad, I wish for one moment you could see yourself through my eyes.
Then for that moment you would be so proud of yourself.
You are strong, brave, funny, smart, considerate, and compassionate and your imagination is truly wonderful.
I know your dad, and I know you better then anyone.
He could never achieve the things you already have, or care more about others then you do.
Your Dad could never be as creative or as thoughtful.
So when you start doubting yourself, or you start thinking you are like him, you save this somewhere on your computer, read it carefully.
Remember you are more like Pop, and like your Uncle John then you are anyone else.
I should know, because I’ve known them all my life.
You are amazing, and I expect to see great things achieved by you, just because of who you are. I will pray for you, but my prayer is going to be for blessings.
