*Sigh* What can I say? I saddened the one I love, with the fortelling of goodbye. After I had spent the whole night dredding what I had to tell her, she hung up the phone before I could comfort her. I gave you that ring for you to know, that our love is more than just a show. My voice alone could not comfort you, that's why I asked to see you. You ran away with your friends, so you said. But all I could do was cry instead. Even the mighty fall, you have no idea. How much it pains me to even form one tear, yet last night my pillows were soaked, before my head reached them to sleep. The many hours of the night wasted, on what thoughts you might think. I am only going away, true a year is a long time, but what all we can do when I return, on that I am willing to plan. If it was up to me I would stay, but the military has its own way. For if I do not go, Uncle Sam has bars in a cell that would be willing to accomidate me. Than I would be gone for even longer, and a dark spot on my head plain for everyone to see. But when you will you see, that I want us to be together you and me? That is why you wear that ring, so that others would proudly see. Why do you think I so pronounced my love to you? Not for some naive reason, but your the only one that could this messed up heart and mind and turn it into something that could truly see the world. Please, please don't hurt me any more, for this mind and heart could not bear another goodbye. It pains me enough to know that I would leave several broken people behind me, I will only be gone for a year, and who knows? I might be back sooner than that, I will be able to talk to you via computer or even mail. For today's world revolves around those very luxories. So please, don't make this harder than it already is, for I love you Steph in everyway there humanly is.



And to those of you that might read this, yes, I was informed yesterday 9/21 that I will be activated for Military Duty at the end of October.
