Day1: Lady complains
Day2: Lady informs us she sent the item back to us
Day3: We get the item back
Day4: We issue refund
Gawd, will the guy who packs things stop packing the wrong item!!!! I only work one day a week, that means you're lucky you even get a refund within 4 days you retard.
As for that final point, I dunno why but ebay is marking items paid as not paid and sending e-mails as appropriate. NOT MY FAULT!
