Bio: He's more of a researcher than a shinobi but he's still quite skilled in combat. He has many powerful water style jutsu though with no Taijutsu skill at all. If he was unable to use his chackra he'd be helpless and would soon give up. Other then performing Water Style Ninjutsu is he is very skilled at creating new Water Style Jutsu, and because of this he usually tries to hide his this skill so people wont try to get him to misuse his talent in making new jutsu.Though Hitsu doesnt know it yet Ein is actually the long thought to be dead father of Hitsugaya Touketsuiki, the Mizukage. Why his father has yet to show himself until now is a complete mystery.

Jutsus:
Mizu Boushin no Jutsu --- Water Clone Jutsu: Creates clones composed of water. When hit, it automatically dissolves and returns back into shapeless water. This one is capable of attacking. The clone has 1/10 of the power of the original. It can only be controlled while still in a certain radius of the user.
Suirou no Jutsu --- Water Prison Jutsu: Creates a large sphere of water, that holds the opponent inside it. The prison is difficult to escape, yet, the drawback is that the user must keep contact with the sphere to keep the prison working.
Suiton, Suijinheki Jutsu --- Water Style: Water Wall Jutsu: A water barrier is created by spitting water from the mouth. A defense to protect the user from an offensive attack.
Suiton Daibakufu no Jutsu --- Water Style: Explosion Jutsu: Sends a large spinning pillar of water towards the opponent. Can only be performed when near a moderately large water source, and uses a large amount of chakra. It's a devastating jutsu.
Suiton, Suiryuudan no Jutsu --- Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu: Creates a large dragon shape formed from a large amount of spinning water. The dragon form is sent towards the user's opponent for a powerful attack. This jutsu can only be performed when near a large amount of water.
Suiton, Suishouha no Jutsu --- Water Style: Water Wave Jutsu: A jutsu which creates water out of no where and then thrashes it all over the place drowning the opponent and slamming them into solid surfaces. The attack requires a high amount of chakra to be performed.
Suiton, Mizu Seki no Jutsu --- Water Style: Water Gate Jutsu: A jutsu that uses water like a portal. The user sinks down into a body of water and reappears out of a chackra made puddle in a different location.
Genjutsu - Suiton, Suihou Uwaoui no Jutsu --- Water Style: Bubble Cover Jutsu: Though the name doesnt sound very threatening this is actually a quite useful jutsu. An illusion that creates a cloud of bubbles around the user and the target, in the targets eyes, allowing the user to make a quick escape.
Kiri Bakudon Shuriken --- Mist Bomb Shuriken: He throws a shuriken with a special explosive tag attached to it. It detonates when it makes contact with the target but when it does instead of exploding it bursts into a thick fog of mist blinding the target to help him escape.
