Alrighty. I just have an announcement here, and I wanted to put it somewhere before I forgot about it. Okay, the announcement is this: I will only accept your friend requests if 1) I know you in real life, and I can trust you 2) I have talked with you for a long period of time and you seem to be a good person 3) You are not a noob, or if you don't repeatedly send friend requests.
That's pretty much it. However, I will accept PMs from anybody. As long as I get to know you a little, then I may or may not become friends with you. Also, if you are already my friend, but I have deleted you, this may be that 1) You have not been online at the same time as I have for a long period, or 2) You have offended me or any of my other friends. If you violate the second of these explanations, I will ignore and report you.
