Yea, I feel like writing about anime. I'm in a bad mood and need to cheer up.
So, my top five anime men:
1. Sesshomaru (Inuyasha)
2. Kurapica (HunterxHunter)
3. Dark Mousey (D.N.Angel)
4. Kurama (Yu Yu Hakusho)
5. Hakkai (Saiyuki)

Another random thing to put in here. It's called 'Is there a method to your madness?', and it's all about fangirls and their bishies. What it is intended to do is make you look back at all the anime guys you've ever loved and currently love, and figure out if there is a pattern that makes them attractive to you.
Mine tend to follow at least one of these rules, if not all of them.
Rule 1: I tend to go for guys that look like girls. Two best examples: Kurama and Kurapica. Both are often mistaken for women due to their appearance.
Rule 2: The guys usually are smart and/or level headed in all situations. Best examples: Again Kurama and Kurapica. Both are extremely smart and always assess the situation before taking action.
Rule 3: Not always what they seem to be. Best examples: Sesshomaru and Hakkai. Sesshomaru is the typical 'bad guy' of the Inuyasha anime, but the fact is that he's not evil at all. He simply has some issues in his past that he never took care of. Hakkai, on the other hand, comes off as sweet and innocent, but if you ever see him when you talk about his sister (The Saiyuki Movie is a good example) or when he removes his power limiters (Vol. 6 or 7 of the manga. Doesn't show much, but still a good example), then he can be quite frightening.
Those are my three rules. Some guys fall under a rule just barely, such as Dark Mousey would somewhat fall under the second rule, but not exactly. Other guys don't fall under any of the rules, and are just kind of out there. No matter how you look at it, that is the majority of the method to my madness. If you're an otaku, try it out and see what you come up with.
