Ok the thing that brought this up was my last stop to this game store. It was a different location from the first two. 3nodding Well, I walked in there with my bf and things started out alright, at least they ask if they could help them find anything. Well, we headed for the X-box section and some suited lady walks up to us and asks if we need help, we replied no we're just looking. 3nodding She responded with an annoyed voice, "Well, can I at least talk!?" eek She followed us around telling us about the frequent shopping card, and special offers, and all I can think is please leave us alone, we said we were just looking. I thought maybe she thought we were going to steal something. mad Anyway, after that she leaves the store saying that's how you sell customers on the frequent card thing. So, I'm guessing she was a regional manager or something. Anyway, we find what we want and go to check out and I see the pre-order book with Mario Galaxy on the cover, so I flip through looking for a date, when I see a DVD case with Smash Bros. Brawl cover. 4laugh I picked it up looking for a date. By that time they came back with the game and asked if we needed anything else. I kind of butted in, because me bf was buying the game.

I asked, "Oh, do you know when Smash Bros. Brawl is coming out?"

He gave me a nerd laugh, the one that's nasally and rapid, and responded with, "Oh, they pushed that game back, so Nintendo would have a "good" game out, because all they have now is Mario Kart." He used the quotation fingers when he said good, too.

"Oh? That's cool. Mario Kart." I admit that sometimes I'm not the most articulate person, but I was still waiting for date, or at least a month, so I looked at him waiting for the answer to my question. That's when he starts talking to his friend/ co-worker, or maybe he was talking to us, too. I really couldn't tell.

"Hah, you know that the Wii is going away soon, it won't last 3 years and anyone who bought one was just wasting their time and money, hehhehheh! (that's the nerd laugh again, only shortened up.)" scream (again that's a shocked face not a scream, f5) Was trying to insult me, or just trying to be an a**? I took it as an insult and said to my bf, "I'm going outside." ( burning_eyes = inner Abzug)

They all were hired at these game stores and I really don't see how they got hired, they were all rude and arrogant, and none of them answered my question about when a game was coming out. How do these people have jobs. I'm sure if it happens again I'll complain to the manager, or actually take that survey in the receipt... wait.. if there is one.


Anyway, in weather news It's snowing.. heart 4laugh heart .. The bad news the heater decided to break... yesterday. It's cold, but I love snow and rain, which it was doing yesterday. This is fire starting weather. *goes off to start a fire, and don't look worried... It'll be a controlled one, I'm not a total Pyro. blaugh *
