There is a budist temple a half hour walk away from where i live...yesterday the nun who runs it lead a meditation about imperrmanece and death. she gaved everyone little plastic skulls with chocolate inside.
it was interesting, tho it's been so long since i sat crosslegged that i was not too comphy. after, altho so manny who showed up had to leave early, there was blood soup(halloween tomato soup) and witchy-brew tea(flavored with fruits)
she always has lovely teas, i'm just about adicted to them wink
the place is called kafe karma, and there are poetry readings, drum circles and art show there, not just meditation groups. i think it's a cool place...and her choice of topic was perfect, ne?
