Appearance: Tatsu stands about 5' 10'' in height. His weight is 162lbs. His skin is a mocha chocolate tone. He wears a red and black torque top shirt that ends above his well crafted six pack abs and it does not contains sleeves. He has black upper arm bands that are studded out with ruby red diamonds. His hair is burning red in the fashion of cornrows. He wears red baggy long pants. His eyes are burning red. A silver wallet chain is on the left side of his belt. Two black fingerless gloves are worn on each hand. Instead of sandals, he wears sneaker-like red and black shoes that have his name in the design. Scraped on his back is a three hundred and fifteen pound cleaver sword [ Tatsunosaigi ]. On his left leg is the kunai holster and scraped on his back waist is the weaponry pouch. Around his neck is a black scarf. It's sometimes over his mouth.
Bio: Born inside of Koengakure, The Village Hidden in Flames, was a young child by the name of Tatsu Kinomiya. He is of the Kinomiya Clan, which holds the power of the dragon. They specialize in the power of fire, lightning, and darkness. With their kekkai genkai, they have the ability to gain the body parts of a dragon that they were born as their guardian spirit. Tatsu has the power of Ryuuga the Dragon. He can also summon this dragon, later when he learns how to use Kuchiyose no Jutsu. When he was at the age of ten years old, his father transferred him to Konohagakure so that he may fulfill his true destiny. This is to become stronger then any Kage ranked shinobi that has ever lived. He knows that it will not be an easy thing to accomplish, but he has faith in himself. Tatsu has the power of two transformations whenever he's in his dragon stages. The names of these forms are Dark and Twilight. Dark Form is when Tatsu is at the verge of dying or he is at his limits of getting angry during his Draringan. Tatsu's whole body becomes corrupted by darkness as he starts to gain only dark intents. His whole strive is to kill and destroy as much that is in his way no matter who or what it is. It has two ways of becoming purified though, he can either tire himself out or he could just be put in his place by a close friend/loved one. Twilight form is his most powerful stage, but it can only be used during Ryuringan. Tatsu becomes overwhelm with his dark side and his light side as his body becomes very mystical looking. He has a neutral intent in his theme of vision. All he does is get his job done as fast as possible. He is rarely defeated when in this form, but it does have a drawback to it. The way it is triggered is through his contract of combining his light and darkness together to merge himself into this. The drawback is that it takes up 99.9% of his chakra from his body until he's fully rested.
Personality: Tatsu is a very calm person when he wants to. He does not see purposes in fearing life and death as in this world it always occurs. All he knows is that he can be the best in the world. That's where his high level of confidence jumps in. He takes on as much challenges as possible knowing that it'll help him become better in his needs of his goal in life. When it comes down to fighting, Tatsu never backs down, no matter how weak or how strong the opponent.

Bloodline Limit: Draringan - The Draringan is the main kekkai genkai of the clan. This technique is a doujutsu type of kekkai genkai. The Draringan is used by using the following katas: Ram, Tiger, Dragon. The user then focuses chakra inside of his eyes while they're closed. Afterwards he/she'll re-open their eyes and speak the name of the jutsu. The eyes will turn to the tone of a demonic red and the pupils will be a lightning yellow with a dragon size pupil. The function of the Draringan is to increase the user's speed, strength, and sight. The amount of increasement that this kekkai gives is only 1.5 percent. Any katon or raiton jutsu that the user uses will be increase by 1.5 percent. It also gives the user parts of the a dragon. Such as wings, pointy ears, ears of a dragon, wings, tail, fangs, and claws.

Ryuringan: This is the most powerful kekkai genkai inside of the Kinomiya clan. The final evolution of the Draringan is the Ryuringan. This technique is a doujutsu type of the kekkai genkai. The Ryuringan is used by using the following katas: Ram, Rat, Hare, Tiger, Dragon. The user then focuses his chakra inside of his eyes while they're closed. Afterwards he/she'll re-open their eyes and speak the name of the jutsu. The eyes will turn to the tone of an even more darker demonic red and also there will be a formation of dragon looking scales inside of the eyes. The pupils will be a darker lightning yellow and will be a little bit more dragon like than before. The function of the Ryuringan is to increase the speed, strength, and sight. This technique uses the same kind of function that it's weaker form does. The only difference is that the amount of increasement is now 3.5 percent. It also takes up more chakra to perform and sustain. It also gives the user parts of the a dragon. Such as wings, pointy ears, ears of a dragon, wings, tail, fangs, and claws.
