SO YEAH. Our chorus just got finished with solo and ensemble Friday the 16th. [Neal and I's 22nd month anniversary. x3]
I did Se tu, se sosperi and Into the Night. The judge was so great! =D He made me feel very comfortable and he loved Se tu. x3 I kinda made it flirty while singing the first part.. because.. that's what the song's about. My classmates loved it. xD
Into the Night was good for my voice and he's like, "omg. I loved it blahblahblah." I can't remember exactly what he said because I was so releived that it was over. Mrs. Orr purposly made me go last and he was like "So this is the mysterious Jessica Blankenship."..because Mrs. Orr would tell a soloist to go up and preform and he's say, "This is.. Jessica?" and they would mention their real name and he'd be like, "Okay. o.o....xD" That happened anout three times before I went up. xD
ANYWAYS.
I got a superior and I'm going to state. Yay. :3
I felt so RETARDED. After we sang our first song...I clapped for my own ensemble. x____x I think I was so nervous I had to break the tension or something! I don't think Mrs. Orr is going to let me in the ensemble again...but.. I hope the judge wasn't looking.. I don't think she was...thankfully. x___x;
Nontheless we made superiors! ^_____^
Ummm.. I felt like so much weight was taken off my shoulders and I can concentrate on my school things. =D
