One night, Vaati visits Zelda in her bedroom, have a brief emotional conversation, and have a sexual intercourse with her.
As three months pass, Vaati discovers Zelda is pregnant, but does not freak out, in fact dosen't even worry about the unborn.
Finally, after nine months, Zelda gives birth to a girl. But when she is alone with the newborn, Vaati appears from the shadows and glares at his daughter. He also glares at Zelda, turns away, and is never seen again.
Fourteen years pass, Zelda is now Queen of Hyrule and her teenage daughter, Amerine takes her place if she passes on.
Even though a Princess of Hyrule, Amerine is segregated by the other children by her looks; Dead like skin, red eyes, and white hair. Dispite of all ways being teased, bullied, and unequaled by the others, Amerine never cried or even bit her lip, she would just walk away.
Her looks wasen't the only thing that segregated her from soiciety, she also didn't know who her father was. The only one she knew who was a parent or gaurdian was her Mother.
Even in her life of segregation of society, Amerine has a least one upside that brightens everything; She has a secret interest in the War Captain, Link. (Note that when Amerine was conceived, Link was aiding in the war which was going on and was called the 'Dark War'.) Link's duty (when not in battle) is to protect Amerine and guide her through the right paths in life.
It was Link's charm in skills, looks, and personality was what Amerine cannot resist. She would always fantasize in having a life with him together (without even thinking of age of her being 14 and him being 32). But since she is shy, Amerine cannot tell her feelings to him or anyone else. Especially her mother.
But one night, carelessly walking through the Castle Town, Amerine was almost mugged and raped by two drunks from the slum part of town, but she scared them off by unknownly using some kind of dark power. Amerine got scared of not the drunks, but what she did and runs back to the Castle.
Amerine donsn't tell Zelda about what happened that night. Or that she even left the Castle.
The next day, Amerine knew she wasn't safe nor happy as a Princess in Hyrule town, so she planned to runaway from it all and start new life in the country and abondon her name as the heir of the Queen. She sneaks out from her bedroom window and heads South.
But on her way, Amerine was stopped by a mysterious stranger who look similar to her (hint hint), and was knocked out.
Meanwhile, back at the Castle, Zelda discovers that her daughter as left town and orders all Soldiers to look high and low for her in Hyrule.
Zelda sits on her throne, bites her lip, and waits for her daughter's return.
As she awakens, Amerine finds herself in a low-lit bedchamber (No, IT'S NOT WHAT YOU THINK!!!! scream ) with an intense headache. (No it's not either...) She wonders where she is, looking at the strangly shaped chamber.
Then out of the shadows, is the same man who kidnapped Amerine. Amerine warns him to not even touch her. The man smirks, showing his easily noticable sharp canine teeth. He refers to Amerine as a fool with royal blood; Just like her mother. Amerine becomes puzzled from what he says. The man introduces himself as Vaati; Amerine's Father.
And the rest is unknown yet. Now since I've thought of this today, I don't know if I should continue or stop.

Well, here's a new update; I've just thought of theme songs for the characters.
So far I've thought of one for Amerine; "Keep Holding On" by Avril Lavigne. I was listening to it on my iPod while drawing sketching Amerine and I thought that it was perfect for her.
Now I thought of two to choose for Zelda; "Angels" and "Mermories" by Within Temptation. I thought both would show her emotions in the story when she has small feelings for Vaati
I'm thinking on choosing "Devil and the Deep Dark Ocean" or "Planet Hell" by Nightwish for Vaati. The lyrics, I thought, would match his dark personality and character; Dark, mysterious, and unforgiving. But I'm not sure yet.
I can't really think of a theme song for Link yet. I'm still finding the right male lead singer on my playlist. I was going to use "Welcome to the Black Parade" by My Chemical Romance, but not very many people like them, so I'm trying to keep that out.
Now the story theme.
I was thinking of "Beauty of the Beast", "Nemo", "Dark Chest of Wonders", "Ghost Love Score", and "Come Cover Me" by Nightwish, or "What Have You Done Now", "Frozen", "Our Solemn Hour", "The Heart of Everything", "Stand My Ground", "Forgiven" and "See Who I am" by Within Temptation.
Maybe sooner or later, I will update this with new stuff. And I'm keeping my fingers cross for this to turn out at least descent.
