"Ally!" I turn my head and slowly open my eyes for the first time in about 9 hours. "Damn it Ally wake up!" I open my eyes to get a full view of an over sized pair of boobs. "Jeezz Laura, get those things out of my face!" I sit up expecting an evil glare from my aunt, but I only got what seemed to be half of a shocked expression and an insulting pout. I sit up in my sleeping bag, pulling off the blankets and clothing that surrounded me.
"How long?" I asked. "Not very, we should be able to get there in about an hour or so." My aunt replied with a tone of despair in her voice. "That close huh? I though we had about 6 miles left. Well this is easier then i though." I couldn't help my voice from sounding excited. I liked going to the big city. It made me feel, like I was older.
"Remember the reason we're here." Laura pushed."Yeah, yeah, don't get your underwear in a knot. We're here to betray the Earl of something something. Oh! And then your going to sleep with someone with the royal family then sue them to get money and power! Did I leave anything out?" I loved the way I embarrassed my aunt. "You are an ungreatfull child!" she skreeched! I rolled my eyes, she just now figured that out?
I changed my clothes and packed my bags. I started humming a tune i heard the minstrel playing on the way to the city. It reminded me of my father in a sad way, I liked it. We started walking silently, well for the exception of my humming. When we reached the gate a souldier about 6' tell matched up to us. "Halt in the name of the King! What business do you have here? Why should I let you pass?" he voice was strong and wild like he didn't get enough sleep.
"I am Luara Whitelake, and this is my little sister Ally. We are because we need to see the king. I am afraid to tell you about the raiders, they have taken our village and we have no other place to go! Could you please...." The gaurd cut her off their. " I see," he mumbled. "alright then move along your blocking the road." We took a bow and entered the city.
"Your sister?" I asked. "Well I think I can use it about 2 more times before I get to old." she replied, her tone becoming more relaxed. " Don't forget the mission, it is the only reason for living." She warned. " I will, I will." We walked to the palace. After convincing the gaurds we entered the beautiful castle. Its walls were like liquid gold, with a splash of silk and walpaper made from Accent China.
When we explained our story about the raiders, the King was so sorry and ashamed of what happened he gave us a tempararry room in the castle. We were giving dresses and bedding for the room, as well as food and a bath, we were also given horses that we could take anywhere.
