The holiday season can be a very difficult time of year. There is more stress for alot of people this time of year than at anyother time. It is also very common for more people to feel depressed now than any other time. It is important to remember why we celebrate the holidays that we celebrate. No matter what your religious beliefs, we all pretty much celebrate with giving of gifts at this time of year. That giving should not be a point of stress, but of joy. You don't have to give people expensive gifts. Most people would probably be happy just knowing that they are being thought of right now. If you don't have money to give someone a gift, try calling them and telling them that you are thinking about them, or that you love them. You might be surprised how good it will make both of you feel, and your stress level may just drop a few points.
