Today i went to Karate for the first time in about 2-3 weeks.
We started out with the warmups: leg lifters, push-ups, sit-ups, stretches, karate jumping jacks, ect.
We then moved on to the fighting stance and using the harai uke (downward block) with it while moving backward. Next, we added a chudan oi zuki (midsection reverse punch) and a shuto uke (knife hand block).
After practicing on both sides, we moved on to practing in pairs. My brain turned to mush and i found myself dizzy and queasy. Sensei let me have a small break from pushing myself, so i sat out for about a minute or two.
That's basically it.
