Today was the day... The day violins had to do the America the Beautiful test. This test determined which half you played first or second. I was the 4th person in line. Trihn-san said he messed up but he's real good so I had no doubts for him. It was finally my turn I went in and started playing. It was really good until I messed up. I started where I left off trying to make it unnoticable. I left sad. When I look at the music again I realised I didn't!! I forgot I was looking at my instrument and thought I played an extra note when I really didn't! I was overcomed with joy -^^-!! After everyone finished we watched a virbrato video. The techniques were so much fun and I finally got my virbrato!! I was so happy! And I still am happy! Then the violins were to go to the other room to get there sheet music. As Mrs. Pinner called the names worry hung in the air. She called my name and I stood up and followed her and the others to the other room. Melanie was there so I was excited I mean I knew she would make it cause she's real good the only reason she was a 2nd violin was because they needed good players. The sheet music were Appalachian Sunrise, Toccatina, and Hanbanera. These were the sheet music we were going to play and have an audition on in orchrestra to determine if you go to LGPE. After we left connections I felt like nothing could burst my bubble -^^-!! Around 8 I started practicing and even though we had already sightread these sheets which made it a bit easier I still found it rather diffucult. After I finished practicing for 30 minutes my fingers started hurting. It was the begginning of a new goal...
