3-2 Loss
4:15 PM: Habs playing the Panthers tonight. Cristobal Huet has been activated from the injured players list, but 20-year old goaltender Carey Price will start for the 7th straight time this season. This is great for a goaltender duel, the young one having alot of confidence, while the older guy wants to fight back and take back his spot on a regular basis. So, no major changes have been made.
8:18 PM: 2-0 Montreal after 20 minutes. Bad giveaway by Price... Leaving the net while there were defensemen ready to take the puck for him... I think fatigue is catching up to him...On the two goals and some moments, we played horribly. Other than that, we weren't that bad. Top line defensemen for Habs, Mike Komisarek and Andrei Markov, are both -2.
9:07 PM: Still 2-0 Panthers. 40 minutes passed. Montreal playing much better than in the first but still some flaws. Price is really a rock in front of the net. Once again, his calmnest is amazing! Vokoun is great.... to great even... Habs need to score atleast 2 goals and Panthers, none in the third!
10:14 PM: 3-2 Panthers Final... *sigh* Dissapointing loss... But positively, we did not get get shut out, played great, heck no, FREAKING GREAT, in the last minutes! Price played very well in the third. TO bad it had to end in a loss... I felt that in the end, the Panthers began making little mistakes and felt pressured. Great third overall...
