I still don't know what my book is going to be called yet! (hint hint, CALLEIGH!!!) but, anyway, here's the story line:
A girl wakes up in the middle of the night to find that her parents are gone. They left a note that says, "We love you very much, Kyoko. We will be back as soon as we can." There is not even the tiniest clue of their whereabouts. Kyoko sits on her front porch after she reads the letter, and sings, quietly to herself, the song her mother used to sing to her when she was a baby. She in hales the deep scent of roses and looks up at the tree that she used to climb when she was a little kid. She trails her gaze over to her mailbox and notices that the door to it is open. She walks over to it. She goes to shut the door without looking, but something makes her stop. She glances down at the mailbox and sees an envelope sticking out of it. She takes the letter and rips it open. It smells of roses! She reads the message: "I am waiting for you here. At last the time is right for you to see me once again." The card was not signed, but in her heart, Kyoko knew it was the man she met, on that day, eight years ago, when she knew that her sister was never coming back. He had saved her from drowning. Kyoko flipped over the card and looked at the picture in the back. It showed a lovely building which bore the name "Morioka Academy" it was a private school. Kyoko knows in her heart what she must do. She must transfer to Morioka Academy to find the man she met eight years ago; her prince.
