erhaps the most irritating thing about creating a journal is setting up a style and colour template. I'm sure it's extremely intuative and user-friendly, but for those of us with the style and artistic range of blind geese it's a disturbing ball-game. In the end it all comes down to "Uhh, well, I guess I like blue... *click* Okay, that'll do, whatever. We'll put that with a bit of, oh I dunno... yellow."It's a guessing game, rather than an actual creative process. The selection boxes become mere playthings as I click my way through them, figuring that I don't particularly care what the journal looks like, as long as it displays my posts correctly.
Well, in any case, I've had this account for nearly 2 days, and I've already got 2 of my old looks back. The Pink/Red hair and the KoNfUzEd Shoes. Don't ask me why I seem to like the pink theme so much, I just do. Pink is a sparky, outgoing colour, I like any colour that instills some kind of friendly attitude while still being bold enough to make a statement about personality. Perhaps I read to much into things like this? Who can tell.
The Sniper Rifle is kinda cool, I always find it a great relief that I can buy the cooler items right form the get-go, as opposed to having to beg, borrow and bribe to get my hands on some of the more hard-to-get gear. I'm still lacking my usual black outfit, but it's not insanely expensive, so I don't doubt that I'll have them within a few weeks. Hopefully sooner if people read this and decide to donate. ^_~
