Weapons:
Kunai - The weapon of choice for most genins, and a good weapon at it. It can be thrown like a shuriken, but can also be used as a close combat weapon. Most ninjas carry more then one of them, and are trained to use the weapon effectively.
Shuriken - Ninja stars, you have big ones and small ones. With the big ones you can attack a person head on, while the little ones are just for keeping people at bay. Rarely will a shuriken really kill someone. It's sort of a sub weapon which is used to, in most cases, loose enemy pursuers. All ninjas have the small ones, the big ones are used as a main weapon.
Ryumasame - This is Tetsuo's weapon of choice and most powerful weapon indeed. He crafted this blade when he was only eleven years old. This was when he was a rookie ranked Genin. This is his pride and joy. Whenever he needs this sword is a sign of death that is on it's way. This sword is two hundred and thirteen pounds. The grip is a tight bloody red tone. The blade is silver. This sword can store a devilish chakra inside of it and can be used in many jutsus that Tetsuo uses. The signature techniques that this sword specializes in is Ninjutsu.
Appearance: Tetsuo wears a black shirt and violet baggy pants. On his hands are fingerless bandage wrapping. On his arms are armbands. He has red single braids. His eyes are a pale red tone, as though he was a Hyuuga. Around his neck is a diamond necklace. His violet socks are where he tucks his pants legs inside of. He wears violet and black shoes. Around his waist the what holds his sword. On his right leg is where he holds his kunai holster. ( The picture is Tetsuo in Ryuringan form. )
Personality: Tetsuo is a cold-hearted twenty year old adult. He has the will to fight anyone who he sees as a challenge, threat, or just someone who thinks they're better then he is. He has the tendacy of overdoing things at times, but he enjoys any fight that he comes across in. Outside of battle he can be similiar to Itachi and Pein combined together. His partner, Shinku Uzumaki, is nothing in attitude compared to him.

Taijutsu -
Doton: Shinjuu Zanshuu no Jutsu [Earth Release: Inner Decapitation Skill] - The user hides beneath the ground, and reaches up to grab their opponent. The opponent is then pulled under the ground, up to their chin, allowing the head to be subject to more powerful jutsu.
Kage Shuriken no Jutsu [Shadow Shuriken Skill] - A technique which places a second shuriken in the shadow of a first (thrown) shuriken, confusing the enemy.
Kage Buyou [Shadow Leaf Dance] - A technique that first sends the opponent airborne while the user attaches to the opponent's shadow, leaving the opponent vulnerable to stronger attacks.
Sōfūshasan no Tachi [Manipulating Windmill Triple Blades] - Utilizing the abilities of chakra, Tetsuo is able to control shuriken that have wire cords attached to them (two held with the hands and one with the mouth) and manipulate their paths to tie an opponent to a nearby large object, binding them. If there is no object, the shuriken will impale the opponent.
Ninjutsu -
Chakra Kyūin Jutsu - The user is able to absorb the physical and spiritual chakra energy of the opponent into himself. This technique can be used for both offensive and defensive purposes. The user doesn't have to actually touch the opponent, since it is also possible to use it through other media.
Kuchiyose no Jutsu [Summoning Jutsu] - The basic form of all summoning techniques, this jutsu uses a contract, hand seals, and the user's blood to summon an animal from another dimension. As an alternative to the normal hand seals, the same contract that appears on the ground during the summoning can be drawn by hand and activated, producing the same result. The type of animal summoned is determined by the contract. The blood is used as a signature to make the contract, which can be written on a scroll or tattoo, valid. Once summoned, the animal can perform a task or help the user in battle.
Konbi Henge [Combination Technique] - An advanced form of the Transformation Technique, the Combination Transformation transforms two people into one being. One usually provides the chakra while the other performs the necessary technique.
Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Jutsu] - Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. Any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user. It's also useful for training purposes, since the total amount of experience the user gains is multiplied by the total number of clones being used to train. Using it in this manner is far more difficult, however, since a large number of clones are needed to make a significant difference in the training time. It's unclear if other types of clones possess this advantage.
Shunshin no Jutsu [Body Flicker Jutsu] - This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.
Bunshin no Jutsu [Clone Jutsu] - This technique creates intangible clones of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).
Kawarimi no Jutsu [Replacement Jutsu] - This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.
Jibaku Fuda: Kassei [Exploding Tag: Activate] - Utilizing chakra, the user is able to activate the explosion mechanism of a distant bomb tag.
Ryūka no Jutsu [Fire Release: Dragon Fire Jutsu] - The user breathes fire along a cord or any other type of long object. This technique travels only inside of a straight line if it isn't along a cord or long object.
Katon: Karyū Endan [Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Missile] - This technique exhales a long stream of incredibly hot fire from the user's mouth, not unlike that of a flamethrower. It starts to explode little by little every time it makes contact with something.
Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu [Fire Release: Great Fireball Jutsu] - Utilizing a large amount of chakra, a large ball of flame is exhaled from the user's mouth.
Katon: Hōsenka no Jutsu [Fire Release: Phoenix Immortal Fire Jutsu] - This jutsu sends multiple balls of fire at a target. It is also possible to hide shurikens within the fireballs, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. For the most part, however, this jutsu is used as a distraction.
Suiton: Suiryūdan no Jutsu [Water Release: Water Dragon Jutsu] - A powerful attack that creates a huge current of water in the form of a dragon, and sends it towards the target.
Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu [Water Release: Water Vortex Jutsu] - This technique is used to create a massive blast of water.
Suiton: Suijinheki [Water Release: Water Encampment Wall] - This jutsu creates a water barrier to protect the user from any offensive attacks.
Suiton: Suigadan [Water Release: Water Fang Bullet] - This jutsu creates a circle of crushing water spikes around the opponent.
Genjutsu -
Kai [Release] - A jutsu that destroys/cancels out an illusionary jutsu attempted on the user. Only Shinobi with strong chakra control (such as Sakura) can perform. The user releases a large amount of chakra then quickly haults it. The Genjutsu is usualy dispelled after that, depending on how strong the skill is.
Kanashibari no Jutsu [Body Freeze Jutsu] - Used to immobilize enemies. It submits an extremely large amount of fear into the target, Usually the fear of dying in battle. They picture their own death. The fear stops them and freezes them in their tracks.
Clan Jutsu:
Taijutsu -
Tatsu Rendan [Dragon Combo] - Tetsuo will start using combinations with his fist and feet onto the opponent. He'll punch twenty times and then kick twenty times.
Kibatsu Arai Furea [Striking Wild Flare] - Tetsuo pounces on the enemy, delivering two kicks, and then kicks again, sending the enemy into the air. He then jumps after them and punches the enemy back to the ground.
Tatsu Ryu Gan - This technique allows the user to dash infront of the opponent. Then once their inside of the obvious point of the target they will stop until the opponent strikes them. After the opponent is foolish enough to strike, Tetsuo will dodge the attack and appear on the blind side of the target. He'll use either his feet or fist to launch the opponent into the air. Tetsuo will then appear above of the target striking them inside of their stomach first, second a spinning kick to the hip, third and secondary kick to the right side, fourth an axe kick sending the opponent downwards. The final attack will end up being a heavy fist to the back of the fallen target.
Yakekoge Kire [Scorching Slash/Slice] - Tetsuo starts throwing a round of shuriken and kunai to the target. While the opponent is busy dodging, Tetsuo will appear infront of them striking with five swift attacks then he'll strike with a fist filled with chakra.
Tatsu Juuroku Kire [Dragon 16 Slasher] - Tetsuo moves at high speed to place 16 tag bombs towards the 16 vital points and strikes 16 vital points at the opponent. Once he shealth his sword the tag bombs will blow up and the strikes will give effect.
Ninjutsu -
Kouen Bushin no Jutsu [Flame Clone Jutsu] - The user just basicly uses the bushin skill except instead of smoke it turns out to be fire inside of it. The fire then strikes the opponent once it is revealed.
Major Tatsu Kokuryuha [Major Dragon Wave] - The user can manipluate his chakra into pure flames as he holds it in his hand. He charges it up until his whole body is engulf in fire. The heat will burn anyone who gets to close while he is focusing. He then swings it at the target as the fire spews from off of him and his hand. The wave of fire only goes in one direction and that's where it is directed.
Major Rai Tatsu Kokuryuha [Major Lightning Dragon Wave] - The user can manipluate his chakra into pure lightning as he focuses it around his body. He charges it up until his whole body is engulf him. The user then shots the lightning wave at the target. The wave of lightning only goes in one direction and that's where it is directed.
Raigeki Break no Jutsu - This is Tatsu's most powerful lightning style. He raises his right arm into the air as lightning strikes it. The attack is then formed into a wild sphere of lightning. He then charges for the target and strikes it with the jutsu.
Saikitatsuken no Jutsu - A favorite of the Kinomiyas and their signature custom technique. The curves his hands and gathers chakra and fire-based chakra inside of it. The mixture starts twirling around inside of it and turns into pure flames. Once it is charged the user launches the wave at the opponent and on the end is a flame dragon.
Katonsengan - To perform the jutsu, the user does a strange system of hand movements, and then ends it by making a spade like shape with his fingers in which a fiery ball of chakra will appear. He'll then grab it with his right hand and then thrust it at the opponent. The effects of this is that the target is engulfed into flames. There's a fifteen percent chance of being scarred with the burning for life.
Kagesengan - Similiar to the Katonsengan, execpt it channels darkness instead of fire. Another thing is that it is inserted into the left hand instead of the right. The effect of this technique is that the target has a fifteen percent chance of being blind for life.
Dagekinami Buddigiri [Shockwave Buddigiri] - The user uses their personal weapon and charges chakra inside of it. He then thrusts it and a shockwave will just strike whatever the target was.
Katoraikagegan Saikitatsuken no Jutsu - This is Kinomiya's most powerful and dangerous customized ninjutsu. The Kinomiyas has made this to be a mixture of all of their elemental chakra into one huge attack. The way it looks is that the user makes the strange hand movements first and then start maxing his chakra out to the fullest. His chakra starts forming dragon like features around him and ontop his body. This is nothing but fire, lightning, and darkness molding onto their body. Once they've attached onto his body completely, the user will then start forming the huge dragon-like sphere around his body with his right hand. It is just that big. It's about 100x99.9 and covers his whole right hand. The sphere will then form to be a dragon-like being. The user will then curve it between their hands and then release the whole wave of energy from their body and towards the opponent creating a very and highly destruction jutsu that will surely kill the opponent. The drawbacks of this technique are that it completely drains the user of his strength when he is normal, it leaves 0.1% when in Dark Form and 1% when Twilight Form.
Genjutsu-
Makai Nigiri no Jutsu [Hell Grip Technique] - By gaining full focus on the target, the user will then make the enemy think that their inside of a hell like world.
Makai Saishuu Shinpan [Hell Final Judgement] - The user will then clinch his left hand finishing the genjutsu that he started. The flames inside of that hell like world will start feeding on the consealed target. This would end the whole thing.
Kekkei Genkai: Draringan - The Draringan is the main kekkai genkai of the clan. This technique is a doujutsu type of kekkai genkai. The Draringan is used by using the following katas: Ram, Tiger, Dragon. The user then focuses chakra inside of his eyes while they're closed. Afterwards he/she'll re-open their eyes and speak the name of the jutsu. The eyes will turn to the tone of a demonic red and the pupils will be a lightning yellow with a dragon size pupil. The function of the Draringan is to increase the user's speed, strength, and sight. The amount of increasement that this kekkai gives is only 1.5 percent. Any katon or raiton jutsu that the user uses will be increase by 1.5 percent. It also gives the user parts of the a dragon. Such as wings, pointy ears, ears of a dragon, wings, tail, fangs, and claws. The member must be at least at Chuunin level of the shinobi/kunoichi.
Ryuringan: This is the most powerful kekkai genkai inside of the Kinomiya clan. The final evolution of the Draringan is the Ryuringan. This technique is a doujutsu type of the kekkai genkai. The Ryuringan is used by using the following katas: Ram, Rat, Hare, Tiger, Dragon. The user then focuses his chakra inside of his eyes while they're closed. Afterwards he/she'll re-open their eyes and speak the name of the jutsu. The eyes will turn to the tone of an even more darker demonic red and also there will be a formation of dragon looking scales inside of the eyes. The pupils will be a darker lightning yellow and will be a little bit more dragon like than before. The function of the Ryuringan is to increase the speed, strength, and sight. This technique uses the same kind of function that it's weaker form does. The only difference is that the amount of increasement is now 3.5 percent. It also takes up more chakra to perform and sustain. It also gives the user parts of the a dragon. Such as wings, pointy ears, ears of a dragon, wings, tail, fangs, and claws. The user must be at least at Jounin level of the shinobi.

Normal: This is just the regular old Tetsuo.
Dark Form: This is a form that really increases the power of a Kinomiya that achieves it. Their chakra darkens and they're able to perform much more darker moves to their jutsus. Their emotions are lost and they only crave blood shown their hands, weapons, or whatever they're using the kill the opponent. The only way for them to be knocked out of this form is for someone who loves them makes them stop.
Twilight Form: This is a form at which a Kinomiya's darkness and light combines to become one. On the right side of the Kinomiya there will be angelic parts and on the left will be demonic parts. Their powers are far greater then the Dark Form and their normal form. They are very neutral in what they do in this mode and are able to make each move they perform something powerful.
Background: Tetsuo Kinomiya is the older brother of Tatsu Kinomiya. He is also the first born from Tenetsu and Yebeti Kinomiya. Tetsuo was saw as the pride of the Kinomiya Clan, especially since he was an ANBU Branch Captain at the age sixteen. Tenetsu always saw Tetsuo as the new him, but there was something that Tetsuo has been hiding. He was having his own plans in life and his story was going to be told throughout the world, no matter what it took. Tetsuo's life all started on April 10th. When he was at the age of seven, Tenetsu saw it that it was time for his son to begin his life as a shinobi. That was the way he did it for everyone inside of the Kinomiya Clan and that's how it went throughout the whole clan for the males. For the females they had to be at age ten. Tetsuo was always the one who everyone's eyes were focused on. He was going to be what made his generation become the shining lights throughout Kouengakure. Tenetsu did not take any time for training his son. He placed the boy through so much stress that it was almost unbelivable. One day Tetsuo held the idea of taking his father out of his life, but it wasn't going to be easy. When his father was sleeping, Tetsuo took a kunai and attempted to implant it into his father's heart, but the plan was a failure. He was knocked almost unconcious, but it was all worth it. Tenetsu thought that Tetsuo would be able to use that amount of power inside of his heart to become a better shinobi. When Tetsuo was at the age of ten, he was able to attend the academy. It didn't take him long before he was able to pass through his classes with straight perfect grades. He was surely showing that he was the best of the siblings. When he turned age twelve, he was already ranked as a Genin. It didn't take long before he was able to be promoted to Chuunin. This young man was really having a fast break when it came to ranking up. It didn't take long before he was promoted to be a captain of the ANBU branch. Tenetsu was already the captain of the ANBU throughout the village. He was amazed at his son for being such a great shinobi.
The relationship between him and Tatsu was a very bleak one. Tetsuo played the role of a nice older brother towards his younger sibling. Sure he was always the type to succeed in things that Tatsu had trouble in, but he didn't care. Underneath that nice guy attitude was a cruel brother who was just examining his younger brother. He was going to see if his brother had what it took to take out him. He did not like when weak people were inside of his clan, no matter who it was.
It didn't take long before Tetsuo was able to finally get down to the day he would finally take over the clan. When his father was out training one day, Tetsuo took his chance to use his new sword, Ryumasame on his father. He wanted to see how well he could craft a sword. His father was amazed to see that his son was actually attempting to fight againest him. ''Father, this will be the day that I kill you and take over the Kinomiya Clan. I have no time for waiting until your death and mother's. I'll be executing you and then her. I'll make this clan better.'' Tetsuo mentioned to his father. ''You may be my best student my son, but I do not believe that you will able to take me down at your level. Compared to me, you're still a weak link.'' Tenetsu informed his son. This was drove Tetsuo mad. It wasn't long until he actually was brought down to his knees by his father once again. He couldn't believe that he hadn't seem to advance at all compared to his father. Surrounding his body with a darker tone of red was his chakra. It was starting to change his body and also his kekkai genkai, the Draringan, which he learned ever since his promotions. Tetsuo's whole body started to become more demonic looking and even more vicious then it would normally look whenever he used the power of the Draringan. He was able to achieve the Dark Mode that the Kinomiyas were able to perform. This form really did increase his power greatly. It didn't take long before he had his father laided out on the ground breathing for dear life. He was one percent close on dying. Tetsuo looked down upon his father as he was getting ready to attempt the final blow.
''Well father...it seems as though you're the weak one. Now that I've achieved this form, no one can defeat. No one, I'll take control of this clan in no time.'' The young man snickered. Right when he gripped his sword to slice his father in two, there was an interruption. His uncle Heabe Kinomiya, the brother of Yebeti was able to step infront of the blow fast enough before getting himself killed. ''Humph, he shouldn't have stepped in the way. You seem to have gotten lucky father...I wanted to kill you with that one shot.''
Tatsu walked into the scene as he saw his father in blood on the ground. ''Tetsuo!! What the hell did you do?!'' Tatsu shouted out towards his brother. ''Well, if it isn't my little brother Tatsu. You seem to have gotten a bit of fear inside of your heart. I'm glad to see that. I want that to build into hatred. That way when you see me again, you know what happens.'' Tetsuo informed his younger brother. ''That was our father you have on the ground!! You b*****d!! I'm gonna kill you!!'' Tatsu shouted as he dashed for his brother getting ready to deliver a critical blow. The only thing was that Tetsuo easily negated the attack with his hand. ''You're just as weak as our father. Both of you can suffer for all I care. I'm gonna go and when I see you again father, you'll see who's the strongest and who deserves to be leader of the Kinomiya Clan.'' Tetsuo stated. With that Tetsuo smacked Tatsu out cold. The young man was laying there for the rest of that night.
Tetsuo himself walked out of the village and went on to find his own way him life. Over his travels he has been meeting strong shinobi and has been defeating them one by one. So far he is feared throughout the nations. He has been known as the Crimson Shadow of the Kinomiya Clan. Sure it wasn't the perfect title, but so many people have been giving him so many nicknames that this was the best one that everyone knew him as. He has formed his own organization that is known as Chiyou Kage, which held Shinku Uzumaki inside of it. Shinku is the rival of Tetsuo at the moment and seems to be the only one who gave him the closest fight.
Now, Tetsuo is twenty years old and has been shown to be one of the fiercest shinobi in the nation.
