Today's random thought will be about England. I just got back from Newcastle upon Tyne (city in England) a few weeks ago because my sister's wedding and I just thought that I would give some advice for fellow Americans going to England, especially the Newcastle area. I have only been to Newcastle so some of the advice might only apply for there. For all the people from England, have been to England, or never going to go...just read and enjoy. Although it is mostly about pudding this time. Seriously it is.
Advice Number 1: If some says "Its time for pudding." They means it is time for dessert.
Advice Number 2: Even though pudding can mean dessert it isn't all ways a dessert. Take Yorkshire Pudding for example, it is often served before the main meal and resembles bread more than anything. (It tastes very good, but better with gravy.)
Advice Number 3: NEVER EAT BLACK PUDDING. I already explained that all pudding isn't dessert and this is definitely NOT a dessert. You guys are just going to have to trust me on this one. It is not something that many Americans will find appealing. I am not even going to say what it is. Follow this advice and then advice number 4 if you don't even listen to anything else.
Advice Number 4: DON'T give anybody the peace sign. I means the opposite of peace. I can be traslated to sticking up your middle finger. There is really a whole history involved but the entry is long enough for today so I will save it for another time. I promise. If I think about any other advice or random thoughts about England I also promise to tell you.
~PEACE~ You know what that means
