Brother Why?
Cuts deep in my heart.
scars that still bleed and bruises that wont heal.
why do i tear myself up every time i think of you.
we are of the same blood
i know your hurting too,
but every time i try to help, heal, or support you
you throw it in my face.
you say your trying to change.
but what i see is you not trying at all.
why do you keep hurting me?
i give all i can give and its still not good enough.
giving up on u was never an option, until u gave up on me
and then gave up on yourself.
now im lost and confused and u have me doubting the kind of person
i thought i was.
