i feel closer to finding kira. we have currently obtained a note book and on the front are the words death note we have determined that this is how kira kills .higuchi the 3rd kira died on the scene of a heart attack it doesint seem like light yagami could have done it 4 i was with him all this time ,however we do not know about misa amane , but there is a chance of suicide (but we couldint find his name in the note).

we also meet a shinigami named rem she told us a little about the rules of the note book but said i dont know to the question about a human using the note book and losing memeory of so also the note book has rules written on it one in particular says that if a person does not countinue to write names in the note they die in 13 days so with that said it again clears light and misas name due to the confinment ,also on the recordings before higuchis death we heard him talking to rem we could not see her at the time because we hadint touched the note book, about a trade.

i have not given up on misa and light being kira and 2nd kira ,but for the time being we well have to accept them with out more proof.

i also feel like this case will get me killed i have not dicided on a succesor yet i hope mellow and near could work together because i know together they could be greater then i L knowing mellow though this probrably will not happen he hates near for always beating him but some how i hope they will and win this war against kira.
