(Character Story)Part Sixteen:The 2nd Encounter
"So, what are you doing?" Aka asked Sakura who was sitting all by herself off to the side, "Nothing, just thinking." "About what?" "Stuff." "What kind of answer is that?" They both laughed at Aka's reaction. Neo and Kou were far away from the two and they were talking, "I knew they would react that way." "So why did we take them here?" "It's our job remember? The mother crystal did it on purpose." "Yeah I know that and these things changed our lives, but still...." "You have to much doubt in your heart Kou." "Neo?" "Just forget it, clear your mind, your doubt won't help us." Neo said before walking away from Kou, Aka was reading his book with Sakura sitting next to him and watched, Neo watched them silently. Then he closed his eyes, and sighed. He let his shoulders rise and fall, then he heard guns and men's boots on the ground, he spun around and looked at Kou, Kou knew what it was and nodded he then went over to Sakura and Aka, intrupting their reading. "What's up Kou?" Aka asked, Kou looked him in the eye and he knew, he then got up and helped Sakura up, she knew something was going on. "How many of them are there Neo?" Aka asked, Neo replied, "I don't know, but we have to get out of here." They all nodded then they ran, Sakura followed their lead. The military then got to the crystal and one said, "They're not here!" The one in charge yelled, "Search the area! They can't escape this time!" Then they were off.
