Almost Lover's Almost Do
There's this song by A Fine Frenzy, and I'm utterly obsessed with it. Great song. xd (Obviously titled the same as this entry.)
Anyway, right now I'm in my own house, while a new family member (A beautiful longhair mostly black cat with GIANT yellow eyes) is trying to rub all over me and keeps stepping on the keyboard. x_x; It's slightly annoying, but he's a cutie, so oh well.
I think the move has been hardest on him, having us adopt him from the shelter, then a few weeks later move again. But he's starting to feel more comfortable in this house, and has always just been very skittish to begin with. (But once he does feel comfortable, mostly at night, he becomes the biggest cuddlebug you've ever met.)
Apart from that, I'm working on starting a little side business petsitting out of my house. If it were nice out, I'd offer dog walking, but honestly, I wouldn't even walk my dogs in this weather, much less be paid to. Granted, my yard now is MASSIVE. Hugest yard I've ever had at a house, and it's really big considering the city I'm living in. So the dogs have more then enough fun running around it.
I got a new tattoo a month or so ago, and I've figured out what I want my sleeves to be about.. mostly... My left arm will be a collection of harlequins (mostly masks, some people) as I have an unhealthy obsession with them. The right arm (Which is where I just got my new tattoo) will be a collection of different symbols that.. well, mean something to me. So far, I have my sons name on my inner forearm. In the future, I plan on lots of hello kitty, maybe some chibimaru, and some care bears. I don't really care if it sounds stupid, as they're all things I like. xd (And uh, it's my body. xP)
Anyway, I'm really tired of the cold and dryness of winter. I don't mind the snow, in fact, I LOVE the snow. I am so thrilled at being able to live around snow again, you have no idea.
There's a new season of big brother starting tonight, and the 'twists' are hilarious. They have exes stuck in a house. After a messy infidility-fueled breakup. It's going to be so dramafull. >.<
