Stress is a killer, we all know this. These past few weeks have been nothing but vehicles for stress. And yet, today, was a day of rest and relaxation. I turned in a late assignment, watched a fantastic movie called "Persepolis," went through a Buddhist relic exhibit and was blessed by a monk, and went to a concert starring Huun-Huur-Tu. It's been a spiritual day filled with reflections, rest, actual homemade food, and soul-freeing music.
