I thought I would let you all know that I hurt my knee badly by falling on it and well twisting weird when I did.
So now I can't do my usually ten miles a day like I usually do.
Isn't that just horrible?

I'm bursting with joy for now I have an excuse to sit around since it hurts when I walk.
I have quality time now to paint my nails like I've always wanted to.
My knee still hurts like a b***h, however.
