In America. It's normal for people under 21 to drink in Europe. Not get s**t-faced, but to have a glass of wine at dinner.

it just... well if you read it basically said about what i feal about underage s**t face inducing drinking. it bothers me even more that people do it because they have nothing better to do and because it feals good. there is no real excuse for feals good though because alot of things feal good. alot.
also, alot of things tell about people. how they dress, what they say, wear there hear, what they write ect. what ever is conected with a person says something about them.
