This strong, endless bond that I thought we had seems to be deteriating in front of my pleading eyes
How many years has it been since we've been something nice?
Something tight, not letting anything or anyone get by
Those who have tore us apart
Those who heartlessly threw their knives at our bond
Those who looked at us with vicious tongues just ready to bite their venom into are minds
How come this always happens?
We've been around this block so many times
And yet we let other's lies tear us apart
Bring us down
Let them take a hold on our lives
When it should be us screaming into their dirty faces, "No, you will never be able to tear this family apart."
Yet we allow these snakes to slither into our hearts and bring us down
"Life is a challenge, but if we look towards what we love we will not only have peace, prosperity, but most importantly joy!"
