easy answer..... look at it from their point of view. are you so sure that they are the only one with said mask or is there yourself aswell? are you even that sure that it is a mask? best friends or not, you never can know everything about someone that isnt yourself. what you have to not do is judge someone. going straight up to them and telling them to knock off the bull s**t will make things worse. getting them to sit down and talk about why they wear this mask is. and the best way to do that is to unveil yours.
I'm trying, but since I'm not entirely sure what their view is, it makes things difficult. I myself have a facade of sorts; you know, the whole game-addict thing. There's more to me than that that people don't see, but the person I'm talking about knows what's there besides that.
Of course, I don't want to tell them to "knock off the bullshit". I know that it's not a good idea, and, no matter how it's phrased, could be taken offensively.
I suppose the best thing to do would be to take a break from the person for a bit...well, they already seem to be doing that; avoiding the Art Quad on a whole. I guess it's linked to Saturday...
Kai invited Luu, Nick and I to get lunch and see a movie for her birthday, and the other person shows up, uninvited. Kai wanted a peaceful lunch, but this other person is just not the type who'll settle down. The gift she got Kai upset her a bit. Said girl gets up and walks out of the restaurant after a few minutes of silence, with us asking her what's wrong.
We run into her later at Applebees, and she starts making excuses for what happened...and now, she's just avoiding the Art Quad, though she's at school. It's almost like some weird, guilt-trip type thing, and it's childish...

sounds bad...i really don't knwo what to say..but i had occasionally tried to avoid people...like my friends..or group of friends >>;;;...and i just didn't want to be bothered...i can tell you what happened with me and how i ended up getting back together with them, but the situation is different...so...idk
