This journal is about the iner workings of my mind and how i feel alot.



woot PANIC ATTACK! okai today at school.. one of my friends made me have a panic attack.. and it was my first in like for ever.. and so it scared the s**t out of me.. i was shaking and i hurt myself by accsedent.. i didnt mean to.. it seems like no one understands what it was like for me, coz they were just calling me emo, and thinking it was all in my head.. well me tank kitty.. she understood.. and helped me out alot.. =] well thatsall i got to right about at the moment.. not like anyone readys this but hay.. =]
