Omg journal! I had the BIGGEST shock of my life early this morning! I was speechless! I was like surprised and eek I'll never feel that kind of shock ever again! It was so random! XD So you're probably thinking "Get on with it! I want to know what shocked you!"
Well, last summer I saw my mom for the first time in 8 years. My parents had divorced and we moved to Florida, leaving Washington state. It was amazing to see her! She was like a big version of me! She was creative, artistic, fun, loved to laugh, and was very social :] My dad enjoyed her company, they were always talking together alone--All the time! Both me and my sister knew that something was up. After my mom went back to Washington I found out that they were getting back together! ^^ For 8 years I only got a few pictures, letters, and rarely phone calls and in the summer I was finally able to say "mom and dad" it was so weird.
The plans were made: She would be living with us at the end of May. She called a lot more often and talked to us more than she had in the years before. I was sad that she would miss my birthday :[
So anyways, yesterday it was a busy day for my dad. He was working a lot and cleaning I was like wtf? who vacuums at 11:00 at night? THEN I heard the catchy ring tone of his cell phone late at night and I was like wtf? NO ONE EVER EVER EVER! Calls his cell at 12:00! Then he said we could stay up as late as we want and I was like YAY! More gaia 4laugh --But my dad has NEVER in his entire life said that to me and my sister ninja He said he was going somewhere. So I just sat there on the computer browsing art I couldn't get and fishing with the wrong rod at the wrong place when all of a sudden after an hour since my dad left I hear the door open quietly and a low voice and I could just sense that something was off. Slowly I turned around to the door and heard the clanking of bracelets. There appeared my mom and dad staring at me. For the first time in my life I was really speechless, staring wide eyed. My first thought was that I must be dreaming, it was so unreal! She came over and hugged me,I could smell her perfume~it smelled good! 4laugh Still I didn't say anything. When she walked out of the room and both of my parents went to get my older sister I slowly took in what I had seen-It took some time though, because it was just so random. Then I realized that she had seen me with my hair at it's worst not straight and she had seen my hello kitty night shirt gonk My sister took the whole thing a lot better, the moment she saw her she opened her arms to receive a hug. I should've done that. :[ Another thought that popped into my mind was that they lied! I felt betrayed, shocked, and happy all at the same time that it was just too much. At least she would be here for my birthday! whee Old life will never be the same again, and I didn't get to enjoy it while it lasted gonk I wonder what it will be like? What will it be like when me and my sister finally get to spend 1 year together in high school? So far, 2008 is a good year! blaugh
