I am so happy right now. It's VERY unnatural for Ken. eek
Why? BECAUSE I WENT TO MY CITY'S ANNUAL AIRSHOW THRICE THIS PAST WEEKEND. It was so awesome. We went on Saturday afternoon first, and watched the airplanes and jets do tricks. And this motorcycle practically flew down the runway on it's jet engines. That was cool...we left, but then we went back on Saturday night for the fire works, and this local band was playing some awesome older rock songs. It was brilliant!
But the BEST part of all was today on Sunday: I FLEW IN A HELICOPTER. I really wanted to do it Saturday, but didn't bring my money. So I found out it was $25 when we went to Saturday's fire works, and came back after Mass on Sunday. And I ate half of a Polish sausage and a Coke, while waiting in line for over one hour. BUT IT WAS SO WORTH IT. I've always liked machines/automobiles/aircraft and stuff like that, and I've flown on a plane three different times, but the HELICOPTER! Man was it fun. I've never been so ecstatic in my whole life; if you knew me personally, you'd probably think I was exceedingly ill...or high. HAHA.
$25 for about 5 minutes...some would be turned away by such a high price. Not Ken. I paid for me, my father, and the food. And it was worth it. At least for one day, I wasn't so depressed.
So now I want a helicopter. And to stand on a plane while it's flying like this one person did. And the war planes were neat too. And I had Dippin' Dots ice cream on Saturday.
But of course, I had my share of mentalness (I can't escape it). I was tempted to jump out of the helicopter. I put my arm out of it (the whole side was completely open to the sky by the way...). But I didn't. Obviously. And when I got on and off, I pretended I was someone really "important", getting out of my private helicopter...like Seto Kaiba. HAHA.
And we celebrated my brother's birthday (which is really tomorrow). I got home a bit later than when everyone came though...because I was late from the helicopter ride. He had an Oreo ice cream cake from Dairy Queen. Happy 2nd Aidan!
And that's my input! Another entry into "Ken's Sorry-Sack Journal".
